Up for sale is my beautiful and pristine condition 1993 R100RS with 24.8K original and documented miles. I have all service receipts (maintained in binder) that are at/before scheduled service intervals – all service was done by BMW motorcycle dealerships/certified technicians. The 1993 is supposedly the last year (they meant it this time) air head RS and this one, is from a US only limited edition provision of 50 machines (I don’t think they could sell 50 back in 1993 – I am no BMW historian, just reiterating what the internet notes) - do search on “George F. Ellis's original 1993 R100RS” @ www.bmbikes.co.uk. This is my 3rd R100RS (77, 82, and now 93) and this is by far the best riding and handling RS or BMW I have owned or ridden (R27, R65LS, R50/2, R60/2, R100RS). I have sold 3 other BMW’s on EBay - 2 of them this year (daughter is going to college out of state – need money) – and all with 100% satisfaction and rating. The bike has brand new Metzeler’s (touring), new battery and tune up. No issues what so ever, perfect body and paint except for a couple of minute scratches that you won’t see from more than 12+ inches away. Unlike my other R100RS's – everything works on this including the clock. That is original and perfect condition Bagster you see on the tank. Original tool and tire kit, spare OEM windscreen in near perfect condition and windscreen/fairing on the bike has the original sticker still on it. Other items: spare bulbs and 5 oil filters are included. The original touring bags (with BMW emblems) are likewise in perfect condition. You won't be disappointed - there are no surprises with this bike.
