1984 Porsche 944 NA Clear Title-Tennessee Mileage Unknown – Odometer does not function. Repairs have been attempted but lasted only a short time. From December 19, 2008 on, the following items have been done or found needed to be done or verified by inspection: Replaced or Serviced Cam Timing Belt Balance Shaft Belt Belt Guide (updated late model version) Hardware Kit (updated conversion hardware) Belt Guide Roller Timing Belt Tensioner (toothed belt) Water Pump (updated late model turbo pump) Radiator Hose Radiator Flush Engine Pan Replaced (used) Power Steering Flush OEM Front Engine Seal Kit (cam, balance, crank, pump, sprockets, spindle, housings) Tires Michelin MX4 216/60-15 (4) Brakes Flushed and Bleed New spark plugs NGK Platinum. New Bosch Porsche OEM Distributor Cap and Rotor Both OE reference sensors replaced with Bosch Rear Seat replaced (Used in good condition) Radio replaced with Kenwood KDC-MP532U CD-Receiver “Cookie Cutter” wheels stripped and center cap repainted. Clear coat has not been applied. Rear hatch has been replaced with used. (Defogger functions) New hatch struts. Schnell Short Shift Kit installed. Replacement heavy duty shift lever installed. New air compressor and charge of system New front struts New rear shocks New turbo motor mounts New front sway bar bushings Heater control valve replaced and adjusted Oil cooler seals replaced 1984 Porsche 944 NA Clear Title-Tennessee Inspection Report Fairly new brake rotors and pads. (Don’t know when replaced, but do not show significant wear) No Central Locking System Electric Mirrors and Windows (Function but slow) No Sunroof Non-ABS Radio antenna not electric. Not OEM. CV joint condition: No leaks at all. Options codes on sticker under carpet in rear hatch intact Interior and exterior lights function. Headlights raise and lower properly. O2 sensor check, fuel rail tap, compression check (150 on all cylinders) Spare wheel, tire and jack, no tool kit or electric air pump. Cruise control does not function. Windshield wipers slow and intermittent function does not work. Idle speed steady between 800-1000 Car drives and brakes straight. Clutch operates properly. Hand brake operates properly. Windshield washer system does not function. (Pump) Car starts properly after a few turns, lately after sitting over-night takes a little more. All gauges work properly. Clock does not work. Have not tried security system, may cause problems, left alone. Body fairly straight. Poor attempts at touch-up. Needs to be repainted. Some adjustments needed to some body panels. Has current Tennessee license plates-Passed MARTA (Smog Testing)
