this was my dads truck and he has had it since 1993 now he is to old to drive it so instead of letting set i have talked him into selling it it was bought new in bakersfeild ca. not sure how many owners it has had but it was taken care of and not worked to death like most trucks of this year but the papers are with the truck where it was bought new and who bought it now about the truck it came with factory air which no longer works automatic trans power stearring power brakes and a 360 motor he took out the motor and trans then had a proffsanally bulit 351 windsor with new everything bored 30 over new pistons rings etc. had an fmx heavy duty auto trans rebuilt and for those of you not famillar with the fmx it has the cast iron body heavy heavy duty he built this truck to keep and has since put about 52 thousand miles on it but it is by no means a show truck he had it repainted right after he got the new motor installed in 93 but before the paint cured he was filling it up with gas and spilled it down the side right below the gas cap and after 17 years it has got a lot of wear on the paint the seat neads recorverd etc. it was parked under his carport for about a year and not drove he would start it once or twice a month to keep everything going when i took the truck to my house it started right up and drove great the brakes work stearring etc. but i would at least service it all out before i would drive it cross country he allso steped up the gears in the rearend to a 3:25 for better highway crusing when he was driving it i took it on a 140 mile trip and at 70 mph it was a really smooth ride for a truck of this year it run better than some new ones i have drove trucks like this are getting harder to find most are already restored and and if they come up for sale they want and arm and a leg for them or there so beat up it would cost an arm and a leg to restore them this truck is rust free and not beat up and could be drove as is or be restoered i also have the stock wheels and factory hubcaps and will go with the truck i put these tires and wheels on to drive it home did not trust the other ones after they had been sitting for a year the ones that are on the truck now are good tires no may pops also he has also had it converted over to electronic ignition i also put it a new battery the title is in my name and ready to be transffered to the new owne OOPS i thought i had the title transferred in my name but i did not but i have taken it to the local tag office and corrected that and it will take about 4 to 5 business days to get the new title back sorry bout that but i want to be honest and let everyone know it will be next week when i get it back bid with confidence check my feedback and if you have any questions you can call me @ 918-869-2787 ask for kenny thanks
