I built a 1 of a Kind 1993 Notchback here. It started life as a 4cyl-auto car. I did a true, legitimate 5.0 swap. Everything V8 specific has been swapped or upgraded( I will go into detail.... trust me). It also has an interior not seen in any car around here. I swapped in the charcoal dash, console, steering column, HVAC box, Mach 460 stereo From a 2001 Gt convertable. Looks killer, all the work is done, just needs a little finishing. A/C will freeeeeeeeze you out of the car. Heat works, stereo works, power seats, power windows. Here is a list of parts that were swapped from the 01 GT: Front Seats HVAC Box Steering Column Dash Console Carpet Mach 460 (6disc indash) Steering shaft Pedals Steering Rack Front Hub/Spindle Assy. (5-lug) The engine is fresh, less then 500 miles on it, rings still haven't even seated. Here are the specs: 1993 302 Bored .040 Over Probe Forged pistons Procomp Rods Balanced crank/Rods ARP Main bolts Clevite 77 Bearings (crank/rods/cam) Ford Motorsport Headgaskets (fel-pro) ARP head bolts Extensivly Ported E7 heads, .030 shim under rockers (needs a .015, makes some noise, but pulls HARD!!) can go no larger on then exhaust, intake was port matched to a felpro 1250 intake gasket, Milled .010 .600 lift springs Ford Motorsports E-303 Cam Roller New Ford roller Lifters Crane/1993-1995 Cobra 1.7:1 Roller Rockers New ford Pushrods Ford Explorer Upper/Lower Intake (simular to GT40, 1/2" spacer) Procomp Billet Dist. 65mm TB 75mm MAF A9L ECM Ford Motorsports 1 5/8" headers 2.5" H-pipe Flowmasters Walbro 255LPH pump Transmission: 1993 Cobra Z-spec T5, King Cobra Clutch Zoom Adj. Aluminum quadrant B&M pro Ripper shifter Rear: 1987 Tbird 8.8" 3.55 gears 1986 SVO Disc Brakes (5-lug, vented) Other Misc parts: Strut tower brace Autometer Oil pressure gauge Sunpro Water temp. Electric fan MSD coil New Plugs/wires Goodmark 2.5" steel cowl hood, hood latch failed, hood came up and is dented and messed up pretty good. easy fix, I will include a stock hood. All new brake lines, Wilwood Prop Adj. Prop valve, stops NOW! 1996 Cobra wheels, Front are 245/45/17 Nitto 555 rear are some junk mastercraft 275/40/17's they are hitting the fender, and are getting chewed up. Needs a 255, or a different rim Brake mastercylinder and booster are from a 1995 V6 mustang (piston bore is larger then the 1993 cobra, great pedal feel) Car needs finished, or driven. I drive it daily, runs great, has developed an exhaust leak from cheap header gaskets. Car is clean, no typical mustang rot anywhere. I am a functional welder, and I repaired the shock towers, and reinforced them. My plan for the car was just a vicious street car, comfortable to cruise, but will carve, and stop with the best of them. It is about 90% there. It needs a paint job, and some finish work. The headliner is new, but I used the wrong adhesive and it is hanging, I have the 3M super90 here to re-do it. It is best to come and see it. I will entertain counter offers, but nothing dumb. I am not interested in ANY trades. NO JOY RIDES, TIRE KICKERS OR KIDS WITH MORE MONEY THEN BRAINS! I will see cash in hand or don't waste my time.
