Here are the highlights: -1958 Chevrolet Apache Shortbed Truck, rust-free Colorado truck -Truck was taken off the frame during 2000 -2001 restoration -500(!) cubic inch motor and tranny from an early 70s Cadillac Eldorado was installed -Mopar Front End with Power Disc Brakes -Ford Rear End -Interior was stripped and custom leather seats were installed -New silver paint was applied (Paint is good but not show quality) -Truck has power steering and power brakes (both systems were gone through this week). -Mustang Cobra wheels and Hankook ZR-Rated Tires (Rear Tires need to be replaced) -Custom stereo system with remote was installed in the dash -Custom Air Cleaner cover was painted to match the body -Nice wood bed with custom tailgate (chain retracts into the body) -Minimal rust under step boards (common in these trucks, see pics) -Mechanic inspected, he says it's in great shape This truck is an updated classic.
