****PLEASE READ MY DESCRIPTION IN FULL BEFORE EMAILING ME QUESTIONS - IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS AFTER READING I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER**** 76 Pontiac Trans Am. My father bought this car brand new in 1976 drove it until 1986. He parked it in his garage, under a car cover in Southern California in 1986. It wasn't driven until about 5 years ago when it was given to me. I have only put about 3000 miles on it. This is a matching numbers car. It has a stock 400 motor with a Turbo 350 transmission with shift kit. I have replaced the distributor with an new MSD distributor and MSD ignition. I have the original distributor that was rebuilt. I replaced the springs with new Hotchins springs and new KYB shocks. Original 10 bolt rear end, original paint, body has a few dings and dents..not too bad. Interior is very clean, there is a tear in the driver side seat. It has the original 8 track tape player that still works. Heater works and AC works but needs to be charged. Dash is clean with no cracks, door panels, back seat, head liner, and center console are all in great condition. Has original rare rear seat center console. It has the original rims with new tires. The exhaust is new and I put in a K&N air filter. The carborator needs a rebuild. I installed drilled and slotted rotors and calipers. I still have the original rotors. Floor board, frame, quarter panels, and trunk floor are solid. The trunk has the original trunk mat and the original spare tire that still holds air.
