We are selling our 2003 Expedition because we purchased a newer GMC Yukon XL Denali. There is nothing wrong with this vehicle, we like it, but with 3 children under the age of 5, the more room for trips the better. We live in town so really don't have the need for 2 bigger 4x4/All Wheel Drive SUV's. This Truck is nice because when you do need to haul something and you don't need the third row of seats it folds down. It has power folding 3rd row seats which is very nice. There are 2 spots for the power fold buttons, one by the back lift gate and one on the drivers side on the 2nd row. (you will see in the pictures) You will notice in the pictures that there is a DVD player mounted on top, this hasn't worked since we bought it but there is a 2 screen DVD player on back of the seats . If you want a new DVD player that is mounted on the top we have looked at www.crutchfield.com and they range from $400.00 to $700.00. The other thing that I DO want to mention is that the 6 CD changer in the truck does NOT work, in never has. Other than that everything else works. There is remote key less entry and also key less entry (key pad). This is a wonderful option and does work. It does have a towing package and a hitch is included in the sale. Privacy glass, and Moon roof are also options this vehicle has. You have 4 drive selctions, 2WD, AWD, 4WDLow and 4WDHigh. The tires are in very good shape and do not have very many miles on them. All service was performed about 1500 miles ago. When we purchased this vehicle from the Ford dealer we purchased an extended warranty through Zurich, which covers the Powertrain. The warranty has a $100.00 deductible and covers the vehicle for 18 months/ 18,ooo miles. The starting date for the warranty is 2/18/2010 and the odometer reading started at 95,243. This contract can be transferred to the new owner for a $50 fee which the new owner would need to cover. I will fill out all of the paper work needed to transfer it for the new owner. Every vehicle we have purchased from the dealer we have purchased the warranty and it is really nice to have it in case something major happens. Instead of shelling out $2,000-$3,000 you only cover the $100 deductible. Thank you for looking, feel free to email with questions, and come by to take a look at it.
