Very rare 1972 Lemans with factory installed GTO front wrap. I was told it was a GT but I can’t prove that. I’ve seen these parts alone bring 2000.00 of course these will need some repairs. This car has an excellent foundation to build on. The floors, trunk and frame are very very good. The car still has its original numbers matching 350 2bbl engine and 350 turbo with a column shift. It has dual exhausts which are in pretty good shape. The car runs drives and stops but is not ready for the road. It was last tagged in 1991. The engine runs good and the transmission shifts good. The car has power disk brakes power steering and an AM radio. The interior will need to have a headliner, seats redone, carpet and a dash pad the dash has not been cut. The door panels and side panels in the rear look good. All the glass is in the car and good except for the windshield which does have a crack. The body is in decent shape but will need some repairs the left front fender and door have some damage and the rockers are damaged but not rusted. There is some rust in the lower fenders and very bottom of quarter panels. The hood has rust at the front but is repairable it doesn’t appear to have come through to the inner structure. The tires are fair with freshly painted rally II’s. If you are looking for a car to restore this will make an excellent candidate with the floors and underbody being so good. Exceptionally solid car.
