This is an excellent running Galaxie 500 fastback. I have a long list of receipts for things that have been done to this car. It has a freshly rebuilt original 390 engine with less than 200 miles on it. The C6 transmission has been rebuilt in the last 10,000 miles and has a shift kit and a B&M Hammer Shifter. The rear differential was replaced at about the same time and has 3:70 gear ratio and a Detroit locker in it. It has a new battery, aluminum radiator, and many other small things. The interior is clean, but it needs refreshed. I have a new headliner for the car, but it hasn't been installed. The original bench seat was replaced with buckets from a 70 XL. The rear seat has been recovered with black vinyl to original look. It has all the original exterior trim except the one rear tail light trim. It has some rust on the rear quarters and a small dent in the drivers front fender. This is a very restorable car with numbers matching engine, transmission, etc. It is also a very dependable car that can be driven daily just the way it is. I will require a $300 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction and the balance within 7 days. The car will need to be picked up within 30 days.
