Vehicle Detail

Hi everyone, For sale is my very rare 1963 Dodge custom 880 convertible. There were only 822 of these ever made!! There is not another one on ebay and there won't be again for a very very long time...if ever! Also take the time to do a national craigslist search. There is not another one of these for sale on there anywhere in the entire country!! Look at this website for production numbers http://www.fortunecity.com/silverstone/alfa/45/63880-2.htm I am selling because I have another project going and simply don't have the time for this one. I really hate to see her go but she needs to go to somewhere she can enjoyed more. Has a clean and clear title that is just waiting to be signed over to you! Car has been stored inside for the last 15 years. This is a very solid beautiful car. I can hardly drive anywhere without people honking, giving thumbs up, and asking me all about the car! This baby has lots of chrome that is surprisingly in great condition. The chrome shines great and will catch everyones attention! I have been offered $1500 for just the chrome alone! The back tail light chrome is very rare and each side is worth $375 each by itself The car is a factory BIG BLOCK and came with a 318 engine. That was swapped out with a very strong well built 440! The 440 runs solid and starts on the first turn of the key! Car has LOTS of POWER!!! The car has a factory push button (typewriter) automatic transmission this is very neat and fun to drive. The car came with factory A/C which is a very desirable option in these cars! The A/C compressor is missing but that is a very easy fix. The car also has factory power steering and factory power brakes. The car is drivable and stops just fine. The front bushings need to be replaced so there is some play in the steering wheel but that is a simple quick easy fix that can be done any place or easily done yourself. Also the thermostat seems to stick sometimes, so she gets a little hot sometime. I have a new thermostat that will go with the car I just haven't put it in The convertible top does not have any tears or rips in it. The motor is getting a little tired so you have to help it along but she goes up and down just fine. There is rust in the trunk and 1 tiny section on one of the lower quarters (see pics) Quick and simple fixes! According to the 2010 Kowalke collector car price guide, that can be bought at any book store, the car should be worth $12,500 in this condition. Price guides are normally a little high and I have priced accordingly. A non refundable down payment of $500 is required within 24hrs of the auction closing. The rest must be paid in cash, check, or money order. All funds must clear before car leaves my garage!! Pick up local or ship it INSIDE the USA at buyers expense. I will do everything I can to assist in shipping arrangement but its the buyers cost and responsibility. You can reach me at 971-246-3983 or message me through ebay if you have any questions. Car is SOLD AS IS! Do not bid if you are not a serious buyer! I reserve the right to end this auction early because the car is also for sale locally!
