I Have here a 67 Mustang Fastback That I bought to restore & Things came up & Now Wife says SELL THE CAR !!! lol. I bought it off the second owner But yet Same Family. The Car is a #'s Matching 289 2 barrel with a 3spd. But the car was changed to an automatic.The Story I got was the Original owner Got Tired of driving the stick at age 65, he paid the Dealership to switch it to an Automatic. Comes with #'s matching 3 speed Trans. A few years later the guy Decided it was time to buy something newer & passed the car on to his son. And in the early 80's the car was repainted to Red. It's an Original Virgina Car & Has Clear Virgina Title. The car came with many options. Its an A/C car but the Heater/air switch is missing,It had a console But it was stolen. It also has GT Fog lights in Grill & It has the Factory Fog light switch under dash.Not Sure if the car is an Original GT as I chose NOT to buy a Marti Report. The car has some rust in Very weird spots but Trunk Pans & floor pans are solid. Under back seat is Solid,Shock towers are solid,Cowl area is Solid, Front & Rear Frame rails are solid. The Only rust on Floors are front floor pans.Some other spots size of Quarter. The doors have some rust but repairable.The Drivers Rear lower Quarter needs patched The passenger side not bad. The Rocker Panels are solid. Car Needs VERY Little rust repair But does need full resto. All Glass is good,All Trim is there & Good.Rear Tail lights are perfect Even has Dual exhaust with the factory cut outs in Rear valance. Front & Rear seats are nice. Missing Front Bumper,Radiator & Clutch Pedals. Hood Rusty. Has Day/Night Rearview Mirror. The Motor ran when parked & now Starts but won't stay running. Turn key off & car shuts off. Any Idea's ?? Vin # 7T02C157306 & Door Tag is 63A Y 2A 30L 21 0 1. The Car was built in NJ.Original color is Dark Moss Green Metallic with Black Interior. Built November 30th 1966 & is a 3 speed Manual car.
