YOU ARE VIEWING A 1968 CHEVY IMPALA WAGON. THIS IS A HARD TO FIND CAR, AND IT IS A GOOD ONE. ONE OF THE BIGGEST THINGS THAT MAKES THIS CAR UNIQUE IS THAT IT IS POWERED BY A 396 CUBIC INCH BIG BLOCK V8. THE CAR RUNS, SHIFTS, AND DRIVES VERY NICELY. THE A/C IS INOPERATIVE (CLUTCH/BELT NOT INSTALLED AS SEEN IN PICTURES). BUT IN DRIVING IT AND LOOKING IT OVER EVERYTHING ELSE SEEMS GOOD. THE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE BODY IS SOLID ALL AROUND, AND THERE ARE JUST A FEW SMALL BLEMISHES HERE AND THERE. A LITTLE BIT OF RUST ON THE CHROME BUMPER CAPS, SMALL PAINT ISSUE AS SEEN IN THE ONE CLOSE-UP PIC BELOW, BUT OVERALL THERE IS LITTLE TO NOTE ON THE EXTERIOR. THE PAINT LOOKS PRETTY GOOD. THE INTERIOR IS IN GOOD CONDITION. THERE IS SOME SMALL WORK NEEDED IF YOU WANT IT PERFECT (FOR EXAMPLE, SEE SIDE PANEL IN THE REAR VIEW PICTURES NEXT TO REAR-FACING SEAT). BUT THIS CAR IS A GOOD DRIVER AS-IS, AND NEEDS LITTLE TO BE A REAL STANDOUT. PLEASE NOTE, THE CAR WILL SELL TRUE MILES UNKNOWN. WE PURCHASED THE CAR FROM THE 2ND OWNER, WHO CLAIMED THAT THE CAR IS A TRUE 27,000 MILE VEHICLE AND THERE HAD JUST BEEN A MISTAKE WHEN THE TITLE WAS TRANSFERRED INTO THEIR NAME. JUDGING FROM THE CONDITION, WE WOULDN'T BE SHOCKED IF THAT WERE TRUE. HOWEVER, WE CANNOT VERIFY THIS, AND WE ARE NOT STATING THAT IT IS A 27,000 MILE CAR. IT WILL SELL WITH THE TITLE STATING ODOMETER DISCREPANCY. TO SUM UP, THIS IS A RARE BIG BLOCK CHEVY WAGON WHICH IS COMPLETE AND IN GOOD SHAPE.
