Vehicle Detail
This is a 1960 Nash Rambler American 2 Door Station Wagon. It is in great shape for you to restore or start that special custom/rod project you've been dreaming about for so long. This grand car is the perfect place to start. The original color is Mint Green and Ivory. This is one of the most rust-free and solid cars of this vintage I have seen in years. The car runs and drives beautifully. The engine is the original overhead valve inline 6 cylinder and has a 3 speed standard transmission. Starts right up and runs beautifully! Brakes work great transmission and clutch work great too. smooth and precise. Everything works including the windshield wipers and heater. Chrome and stainless in very good shape too. Wide whitewall tires are excellent too. No broken glass and there is no rust on the entire car that I can find. Solid floors, rockers door bottoms etc. I bought the car to build a pro-street car, and since then found one that was almost finished and bought it. so here you go, take this little jewel which ever way excites you.....Stock, Rat Rod, Cruiser Surfer Mobile, Pro-Street or?? On Jun-27-10 at 21:49:13 PDT, seller added the following information: Update: I must be getting old....It is a 1960 AMC Rambler, Not a Nash...Cannot fix the title now. Sorry about that, but you probably new it anyway. On Jul-02-10 at 12:31:25 PDT, seller added the following information: Lots of interest and lots of emails. I wont have an opportunity to take any new pictures before the listing ends. Look closely at this car. The is just like the one that sold last week on ebay for $8500.00 That one had a so-so paint job on it. I wont be re-listing it so nows your chance.
