This is one nice PT Cruiser and I was planning on using it to keep the miles off our new car but after a few weeks now I can see it is just going to sit in our garage. Cars need to be driven and I hate to see this one not being used. It has it all...power windows, power seats, power mirrors, power sunroof, power steering, cruise control, intermediate wipers, HEATED SEATS (they will mean more to you this winter than right now!), CD player, keyless entry, dual airbags, fog lights, LEATHER SEATS, chrome wheels, traction control, color matched dash panels with white backlit gauges. The Pretty Stuff The body is in excellent condition with only a few nicks and dings from use and parking lots. Nothing that would catch your eye or hurt the overall appearance but what you might expect from a car of this year. I looked this car over completely when I bought it and I see no signs of damage or repaint. As far as I know everything is all original. The lines are straight and the paint all matches. NOTE: While taking photos I did notice there is one place with some curb rash under the front right fog light which I had no idea was there until I started taking pictures. You have to get down really low, but it is there and I wanted to be sure to make mention of it. The interior is also in excellent condition. The seats are gray leather and two-toned in regular leather and what appears to be suede. I always thought it looked really cool this way. The original Chrysler floor mats are still in place and the carpet below is like new. WE DO NOT SMOKE AND TO MY KNOWLEDGE THIS CAR HAS NEVER BEEN SMOKED IN. NOTE: You will see in the photo that the dash has cracked. We tried everything to keep this from happening but it has. We would suggest a dash cover if it is a problem ($25 at O'Reilly's Auto Parts). Mechanical Information Car has 98152 miles on it. I have seen them run a lot longer than this and well into the high 100,000's. I think it still has a lot of life in it. Mileage has nothing to do with why we are selling this vehicle. We just bought another car as I mentioned before and we did not even discuss trading this car in. I thought I would be keeping it in the family for a few more years. I just decided it is not practical to have a spare car sitting around. All service records are available for as long as we have owned the vehicle. We bought it with 78k miles and took it to our local dealer for everything. Since then we have paid to have an additional key added and re-programmed, replaced the battery in January of this year along with battery cables, NEW TIRES in April 2010 along with front wheel bearing and alignment, cooling fan and module in April of 2009 and thermostat this year with a complete radiator flush. This has been a good car for us and I believe it will continue to be. Being a used vehicle you never know but I would feel comfortable selling this to a friend or neighbor.
