I appoligize to all the biders and watchers. After a couple hours on the phone with eBay they have appoligized and after several different departments have concluded the only thing we can do is restart the auction from scratch. Their computer system pulled the original auction because it found in the car history report that the car has a Lemon brand. As I mentioned in the original auction Title and Description this car was a Manufactures Buy Back (Lemon history). BMW had a problem with the early E60 M5's and unfortunately this car was a victum of this. BMW purchased the car back in 2008 and preplaced the transimmsion as well as the computer that operates the transmission. The car has not had a problem with the transmission since!! Rear tires are brand new. All maintenance is up to date. Everything on this car works perfect and looks sharp. Salvage title history was part of Dealership buy back of SMG Transmission in 2008. They replaced the transmission with a factory brand new one by dealer. Car currently has a Clean Kentucky Title. The car has NEVER been in an accident. WOW what a sweet car. I also own a 545i that i drive most of the time. I have put 30K miles on the 545 in the same time I have put 8K miles on this car. It is just too nice to take in the neighborhood my office is in so I only get to drive it on date night since I REFUSE to let a kid even breath on it (instant death). It doesn't make since for me to keep this in the garage any longer so it is up for sale to the highest bidder. Please do not call and ask what the buy it now price is. The car is going to sell at the end of the auction to the highest bidder and that is that. You are welcome to come take a look at it or test drive or take it to a shop. The report documents the lemon status that required the salvaging of the title as well as the new transmission they installed because of it. Everything on this car works PERFECT. No problems what so ever EXCEPT some small paint issues with the front bumper. The front license plate bracket has two very small paint chips on it and the bottom right edge of the front bumper has two scraps on it that are about 3 and 5 inches long. You can not see them in any pictures because they are too small in the pictures to capture. I recently had the detail guy at Jake Sweeney BMW polish all the wheels and paint them with clear coat of laquore so the brake dust just sprays off with a hose now....very nice, cost me $300 but worth every penny. The computer tells you all the wear items, I have several pictures of the service items screens from the i-drive that will be included with all the additional photo's if requested. On Jun-21-10 at 14:32:58 PDT, seller added the following information: Front: Continental Sport Contact 2 255/40/R19 Traction AA Tread wear 280 Rear: Kumho ECSTA SPT 285/35z R19 Traction AA Treadwear 320 The rear tires are a slightly better tire just by the numbers but it just didn't make since to replace the fronts when they are basically brand new.
