Up for auction is a super clean and straight E30 M3. I have owned this vehicle for the last eight years and has been garage stored for the last 6 1/2 years. The body is very straight and clean. One of the cleanest E30 M3 i have seen that isn't a show car. It has all the potential and more to be one. The only exterior damage to the vehicle was sustained while being transported from my old residence to my performance shop. The tow driver didn't strap the wheels down correctly and damaged the front fenders at the very edge which i was able to dolly out and repair. When the driver had to slam on his brakes the car rolled forward on the flat bed and hit the rear cab protector damaging the fenders. The fenders are currently in primer and white base they will need to be sprayed. the front and rear bumpers need to be resprayed as well. the front bumper has rock chips and the rear bumper was also damaged when unloading the vehicle as it was scraped up and needs to be sanded and sprayed. Not a big deal but i want to mention it for the discriminating buyer. obviously not my best day when this wanker of a tow driver touched my car. i had owned it for 6 1/2 years without any incidents and this guy manages to blemish a near perfect car in a single afternoon! Well now with the relevent stuff. This is a project car that needs to be finished. I have well over $12,000.00 in just parts into the car with out considering the purchase of the vehicle ($8,000). Pease don't ask me for the reserve price. What i can tell you that it is less than half of what i have spent on it. The parts gathered are the best internals around. way to many parts to list but here is what i can rember and the most important. I purchased this car from a friend and it was always garage kept and super maintained. The fenders, doors hood trunk all have the original vin tags on them. It was a running car that i wanted to freshen the motor on. one thing led to another and the project went into an all out performance build. Now 8 years later and 2 kids and all of my customer's cars, i have to give it up to someone who can put the time into finishing the car. THE MOTORS LOWER END AND TOP END WERE ASSEMBLED BUT NEVER MATED. THE LAST POTENTIAL BUYER GAVE ME A DEPOSIT AND WANTED MY MACHINCE SHOP TO INSTALL STANDARD PISTIONS INTO THE VEHICLE BEFORE HE WOULD PICK UP THE CAR. SO THE MOTOR WAS BROKEN DOWN AND THE GUY NEVER FINISHED PAYING FOR THE CAR NOR DID HE SEND THE NEW PISTONS. SO THE MOTOR IS APART RIGHT NOW AND CAN BE ASSEMBLED TO THE NEW OWNER'S DESIRE AT HIS OR HER DISGRESION. AT THIS POINT I HAVE SPENT 2500.00 AT THE MACHINE SHOP. The car had new cooper cobra tires installed with zero miles on them, they look great but have been on the car for the last 6 1/2 years on a lift with no weight on them and the last 1 1/2 on the ground loaded. 420.00 I have lots of bolt on's for the car lying around the shop and at my home that will go with the sale of the vehicle like a rare victor steeering wheel with a mattews horn button, carbon fiber a pillar 2 guage holder, turner motorsport chip, and guages stuff like that that i have spend lots of money on. The interior of the car is in super nice condition with the drivers seat bolster that needs to repaired, a common E30 issue. The vehicle has 98% of the parts needed to complete the car. i never purchased a clutch kit and i am more that sure that small misc. hardware here and there will be needed to complete the car. I do know that it is going to need the right rear parking brake cable, i would replace both.
