I have had this jeep for 7 years and due to financial hardships....the toys have to start going. keep in mind this jeep has been Purpose built to drive to the nastiest trail, walk over it and drive home....repeatedly!! You will need to know how to turn a wrench with her though, as it is a modified jeep and they all need some TLC every now and then. ENGINE AND PERFORMANCE :she has a 100 % rebuilt 4.0 straight 6 with about 600 miles on it. has a 2'' stainless snorkel, 53 millimeter throttle body, 2001 style intake manifold, hand throttle control by terra-flex,full 2 1/2'' exhaust with a Gibson header, magna-flow muffler, and walbro 255 fuel pump,Dual napa battery's, on board air with 5 gallon tank. DRIVE TRAIN :Dana 44 front rolled for correct pinion angle and caster with 30 spline alloy inner's and 19 spline alloy outer's with warn hubs, OX locker, Yukon gear 5.13's, custom high steer kit with heim joints and running 2 power steering coolers. Front drive shaft is drive shaft super store BAD BOY JR 60* shaft. Dana 44 rear with 30 spline alloys, Detroit locker, Yukon 5.13's. Rear drive shaft has 1330 joints and is CV style. Transfer case is a STAK monster box 3 speed with 1-1 3.05-1 5.44-1. This is the real deal t-case not the *mini* monster box!! The transmission is a AW4 auto w/ the AW4shifting manual shift kit with the converter lock out. I am running 3 tranny coolers with this setup because these trannys HATE heat!!! i found this out the hard way!! SUSPENSION :front is a custom long arm setup made from 1 7/8" solid round stock with radius arms made from 1 1/2" solid round stock, 2 Currie johnny joints on the long arms and rockkrawler heims on the radius arms. springs are 8" Rockkrawler Cherokee springs with 2" spacers. Shocks are bilstene 14" travel 5150's. This setup has excellent road manners and flexes phenomenally!! REAR is a 100% custom triangulated 4-link. arms are 2" .250 wall square stock with 8 Currie johnny joints. Springs are from a 2000 wrangler 4" lift. shocks are 14" travel bilstine 5100's.This setup works incredible, makes her climb like a billy goat, flex like a strict rock crawler and fly 70 mph down the freeway. TIRES/WHEELS :37-13-15 boggers with half to 3/8 life left on 15" American racing black steel wagon wheels BODY :Well, as you can tell, she has been used there is some body work done by good ol' mother nature but has NEVER been on her side!! The front bumper, front and rear tube fenders , push bar, rear bumper and tail light housings are all custom. The headlights are DELTA and have PIAA H4 conversion bulbs. She has 6 KC 150w day lighters in the rack and 4 napa 100w spots on the bar and bumper. The winch is a Superwinch EPI 9000, almost brand new.
