This is a repossessed Motorcycle that I am listing for the lender. I will attempt to describe the vehicle to the best of my knowledge of the history of the vehicle as well as my observation of the vehicle. The odometer shows 26858 miles. The bike has several scrapes with the largest amount of them being concentrated under the 929 sticker on the back of the bike on the left side. It has an M4 slip on muffler. The bolt is missing on the left side that holds the plastic flange on. (see pic). It will need tires fairly soon. The bike was taken apart by the owner when the lender picked it up. The bike has been put back together but has engine noise possibly a rod knocking. The battery needs charging. I have not personally heard the motorcycle run I am going by what the mechanic stated. I would work under the assumption that you would have to rework the engine which is what he advised. The bike has been sitting about a month since it was last cranked. It may start up when battery charged or it may not. I am stating the bike does not run and needs engine work. You may hook up a jumper cable and it fires right up. I state this because I personally did not hear the vehicle run. If I don’t observe it working I do not assume it works. Bid accordingly. Lender does not want to go to any further expense for repair. This is a CBR900RR1 as per the title. I hope you can appreciate the straightforwardness of the description. If you have additional questions feel free to ask. The vehicle is sold as is with no warranties expressed or implied. The buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax or registration in their home state. The buyer is responsible for the pickup of the vehicle or arranging their own shipping. We will work with the shipping company to make process as easy as possible. Buyer must contact us within 48 hours of auction ending to make final arrangements. Final payment and pick up of the vehicle is to be completed within 7 days of auction ending. Payment method is either cash or certified funds. The buyer will receive a title, bill of sale, and T-16 affidavit of repossession.
