Welcome Ebayers! Up for bid is a tastfully done body off restoration. The truck has been in a climate controled storage since 1997. The motor is a 1953 Chevy 235 with hardened valve seats, bored .40 over, not all that long ago, purs like a kitten. Fenton headders, recent new exaust and brakes. New 6 volt battery, new fuel pump and water pump. Complete new tune up. All new glass, seals and weather stripping. All the chrome and stainless are very nice. The steering is tight, the doors close and open great, like you would expect from a restoration. The windows go up and down perfect. The rear gears have been replaced for freeway driving speeds. The transmission is quiet and shifts like it was designed to shift. New wiring harness from front to back. All the lights work. The motor has new gaskets and seals, no leaks, or drips of anything that I've noticed. The radatior has been redone. Rebuilt generatior and starter. The interior has been restored to original, the heater has been redone. The dash, steering wheel and guages are very clean. The motor compartment is tastfully detailed as well as underneath the truck. This is a very nice truck throughout, everything professionally done.
