Vehicle Detail
MOTOR HAS DEVELOPED A SLIGHT MISS #3 exhaust lifter is leaking down( I beleive it is an easy fix, just a defective lifter) I would reccomend replacing it before running the engine hard!! Even though car is still drivable car is not available to be test driven and is being sold AS IS WHERE IS. This engine only has 4,500 miles since a professional rebuild in 2002 by Jensens Engine Technologies. This 1976 Chevy Camaro has had the following modifications done over the last ten years.Vehicle has only been used only in the summer and driven less than 500 miles per year year since 1999. Has a high performance 383 stroker motor ( approx. 425-450hp ) with a Crower hydraulic roller cam and valve train duration@ .050 Intake 230 degrees/ Exhaust 236 degrees. Valve lift Intake .580 / Exhaust .555 9.6-1 compression ratio. World Products Sportsman 2 heads. 1-3/4 Headman hedders 2-1/4 dual exhaust with Thrush Glasspacks Edelbrock Performer RPM manifold, Edelbrock Performer 750cfm manual choke carburetor, Edelbrock mechanical fuel pump, MSD 6A ignition box, Blaster 2 coil Hei distributor. Miloden high volume water pump, AC Delco aluminum radiator. Car has been converted to manual steering and brakes. Has a TH-350 auto trans with a B&M Transpak shift kit, higher stall torque converter and a fluid cooler. 10 bolt non-locking rear axle with 3.90 Richmond gears. Has air shocks. Gas tank and fuel lines have been replaced, all AN fittings on fuel system. Brakes are good all around. Body was done in 1996 Dark Green, not original. The body is good no rust. Hood scoop is ABS plastic and is riveted on. It is fully functional. Has welded on South Side Machine sub frame connectors. Overall the paint and body look good, but its not a professional show quality job. Interior could use some attention, headliner is gone and carpet is ripped on passenger side front floor, Dash is warped and some rust is visible through winsheild by inspection stickers.Seats are in very nice shape front and back. Door panals are decent. All instruments work. Has a B&M racheting chrome shifter, Auto Gauge Tach, sunpro oil and temp gauges and a vaccum gauge. Am/ FM Radio casset player. Keystone Classic chrome wheels, front tire size p205 70 R14 less than 50% thread left, rears p245 60 R14, should be replaced soon. Overall its a nice car, not a show piece but it still turns alot of heads.Would make a good street /strip compettion car. Has current P.A inspection and emission excempt stickers. Car is located in Hazleton P.A. Buyer must arrange pick-up. I did my best to describe vehicle accuratly, bid with confidence.
