Vehicle Detail

This is a unique TA. It is an SE with a factory installed Hurst Dual Gate Shifter. The car is in great condition for its age and miles at 55000. Clear Florida title and ready for the road. This was a California car bought 2 years ago. It has been a daily driver (for about 5 months to and from work) and then used as a weekend cruiser. It is loads of fun and I hate to part with it. Moving overseas forces sale since China will not allow it to be imported or rest assured it would be going with me. The tires have 5K miles on them and the wheels are new from Year One. I replaced the originals because it wasn't cost effective to recondition them. The brake system is new and cost $1800.00. I put in an updated felt roof liner that looks outstanding. The car has no AC, manual windows and door locks. The paint is coming off the rear bumper in a 4" wide area where someone hit it in a parking lot. There is no damage other than the paint in the local area that simply popped off. Everything is intact and ready for the road. Needs 2 things that I wanted to address. First is the exhaust, I bought new tips from Year One that will look outstanding when installed. Next is to rebuild the carb. burns rich and all the tweeking to the jets won't help. Understand this car sat for most of its life. There are new shocks all around and new carpet. I also replaced the stereo and installed a very nice JVC system with an Alpine amp. There is no rust underneath. All the metal is orginal and rust free except the exhaust from the new headers to the existing tips. However the sound from this old system sounds really good LOL. I was also going to have the engine pulled and repainted during the carb rebuild to make it showy. When I had the car shipped from the West Coast the shipping company damaged the console storage cover mechanism when steal things from he car including the another stereo I had installed previous to shipping. True story! I will tell you to stay away from Reliable auto shipping!!! Don't use a broker. Use companies with dedicated trucks only. This is a great car and gets LOTS of attention. Buy it and spend a little money or your own effort and make it righteous. Good luck and happy bidding. On Jun-06-10 at 06:16:51 PDT, seller added the following information: This is a unique TA. AMENDMENT 1 Do to many emails received in the first hour of this auction I am updating my listing. I will answer all of your emails as well. I have more pics being added within 24 hours, I am in no hurry to sell but it will have to sell :( Currently I am in China so a representative is handling things for me in FL. I don't return to the US until end of June. I failed to mention that this is a TA 6.6 car with a TH350 Transmission.
