For those of you who have been watching thise truck listing, I am only running this listing through next Saturday. If it does not sell I am going to paint it, upholster the seat, and use it as a spare truck. Buy it if you want it. Thanks. 1965 GMC pickup. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION SO THIS TRUCK WILL SELL TO SOMEBODY.California truck with its original black license plates. Small block V-8 and 4 speed stick. This is the kind of truck you want to buy to start a great original restoration or a custom. California trucks are usually cleaner and not rotted out. The truck has some usual corrosion you can see in the pictures but is not rotted out. The Truck runs fine every day. You can drive it with its nice patina or restore it later. I am selling this for a friend. The lights and wipers work and the gauges work, speedo, fuel, oil pressure, etc. The turn indicators do not work. The windows need some help going up and down. Typical old truck issues. It has a current registration and California title. The original color is a blue turquoise that can be seen on the firewall and door jambs. Actually, a very nice color for those who like original restorations. The owner sprayed a white primer paint on the truck and was begining to rub it out to give it that ratrod, fake aged look. This truck will most likely go to an east coast or midwest buyer who likes the solid California trucks. The truck will sell with NO RESERVE, It is an old truck in original condition so it has to be sold as-is with no warrantees. Please be sure this is the truck you have been waiting for before you buy it. Please do not rush to buy the truck and then come and inspect the truck AFTER you buy it and start complaining about any issues. I am a reasonable guy, and the truck is priced more than fair. You will be pleased with the truck for this kind of money. I can store the truck for 30 days after it is paid.
