This truck is rare due to the fact that it is the only year prior to the indroduction of the Chevrolet Task Force trucks that the design was significantly changed. 1954 brought the introduction of a curved one-piece windshield and horizontal bed rails. The "bull nose" grill is distinctive to this model. Here are the highlights: - Restored last year with new paint and chrome -Rust-free truck with a nice clean undercarriage -Rebuilt Chevy 350 cu in motor and 700R4 Auto Transmission from a 1979 Corvette were installed. The drivetrain, brake and steering systems have been inspected by our mechanic and were found to be in sound condition. -Wood bed was nicely re-done -New Chevy Ralley wheels -Full Custom interior with yellow/black upholstery -Full Custom Stereo system with speakers in the door and two 10" subwoofers under the seat The paint is not show quality but looks good from 5 feet away. There are some small chips and paint drips but these were so small that they were difficult to capture in the photos.
