Due to age (75) and illness (Parkinson disease) My Father is giving up the Flea Market business after 40 plus years. Therefore, I am selling, for him his 1985 Chevrolet Van and all of his remaining flea market item contained therein. I dont really know much about the Van, I do know that it had been sitting for the better part of 6 months before I took control of it. I jumped it off and it fired right up and I drove it to my house with no difficulty. There is nothing really special about it, it's just pretty much a "plain Jane" work Van, that would make a good vehicle for a roofer or painter, as well as going back and forth to flea markets! Before he parked it, my Father drove it all over Floyd county (GA) and into eastern Alabama on a regular basis. I'm sure it could use a good tune up prior to being driven regularly again. The bad news is, that the paint is begining to show its age, pretty much all over, I see no bad rust however, although there is some surface rust here and there. The drivers seat is pretty bad, its functional, but doesn't look good, and the passengers side vent window is broken out and has been covered with tape/cardboard. As far as the merchandise on the Van, to be honest, I have no idea what is in there, and I really don't have the time to unload it and see. So it is certainly a "pig in a poke" for someone that might want to spend a little time unloading it all and going through it. Due to my limited computer skills, I have included just a few pictures, but I will be happy to take more of anything you might want to see. Again, about all I know is that the Van starts, runs and drives and is about one half to three quarters full of "flea market" merchandise. Anything else I will try to find out for you!
