1975 Pontiac Trans Am 400 / 4-speed True Bucanner Red / Black Interior Numbers Matching 65,400 ACTUAL MILES.... RARE - Console Delete 1 of 6140 ****PHS Documented**** This a is a PHS documented 1975 Bucaneer Red Exterior / Black Interior Trans Am 400 / 4 speed car with 65,400 ACTUAL Miles. ***It has the 455 HO Decals on the hood scoop as my preference - I have new 400 decals*** I am the 3rd owner of this car that came from Piehler Pontiac in Rochester, New York. This is a survivor car with one repaint. This is a very uniique car that came with only 4 options....(OCY) White Lettered Tires / (U80) Rear Stereo Speakers / (U69) AM / FM Radio and (PO5) Honeycomb Wheels - CONSOLE Delete! The following describes this High Quality Driver Trans Am.... EXTERIOR - As stated this is a survivor car with one base coat / clear coat repaint. There are NO dings, NO scratches, NO chips and is in great condition. It has all new GM Reproduction decals and the Hood Bird was applied perfectly. It has all of it's original body panels and ZERO rust. The body panels do allign very nicely as you can see in the pics. Doors do not sag and open / close easily. The glass is all in very good condition and has the original window chrome trim. The honeycomb wheels are totally original, NEVER been repainted and look great. The Firestone wide oval 60 tires have less than 1000 miles on them. The undercarriage looks great, has all it's original floor boards and is one of the most impressive features of the car in my opinion. The trunk looks spectacular, never used space saver / restored canister in tact with all jack equipment. INTERIOR - Is all original with the exception of new black carpet and rear package tray. All seat covers are original with no rips or tears. DASH IS PERFECT....All guages work with the exception of the clock. Door panels look great and and the door sills are original in good condition. I have the orginal AM / FM radio that came with the car. Interior aluminum dash bezel looks great. The Formula steering wheel looks great, foam is still soft with NO cracking. All seat belts are in tact and work fine. MECHANICAL - Numbers matching 400 engine, carb and transmission. The car has headers on it and I do have the original manifolds. Carb was just rebuilt and looks new. The car runs great and does not burn oil or blow any smoke. This 35 year old muscle car does not have many - if any squeaks or rattles. I just replaced the front original shocks and the brakes are good all around. The clutch engages easy and it goes through the gears fine. The hood scoop flap is not installed. Please remember it only has 65,400 ACTUAL Miles and has always been pampered. DOCUMNETATION - I have all PHS documents and a reproduction window sticker. I have an owners manual, original brochure, all 1975 Firebird advertising ads and a CLEAR Ohio title stating 65,000 ACTUAL Miles. I also have a copy of the 2nd owner's New York title stating ACTUAL miles as well. This is a HIGH QUALITY DRIVER Trans Am that is in great condition. I am a Type A personality freak that pampers, babies and meticulously takes care of my toys. As I have learned descriptions are subjective based upon the individual's standards. My standards are extremely high and I highly encourage / perfer any interested parties to come personally view / drive this car to understand it's great condition or I will make myself available for any 3rd party inspections.
