I am selling this very nice 1952 MG TD for a New England MG "T" Register member of our local chapter who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. The car is located in upstate New York near Albany. The TD was obtained in the early 80's as a fresh restoration and has been maintained extremely well by this one owner since. The odometer shows 54,272 miles of which approximately 6000 were accumulated over the 25+ years ownership being driven locally but not on long trips. It starts and runs extremely well and will make an excellent driver for someone who has always desired an MG "T" type. Car serial number is TD 21319 with original engine TD2 21726 making this a matching number car. The car was gone through entirely a couple of years ago mechanically ie brakes, front end bushings, new clutch, rebuilt carbs, rebuilt transmission, went through the electrics and all new fluids. This TD is a good representation of a correct car. It has the proper oil bath air cleaner and inlet manifold, correct horns, proper jack with handles, even a correct under dash cover and period unique ash tray mounted on the glove box door. It has all the proper canvas ie side curtains, top, tonneau and spare tire cover all in good condition. proper lucas lamps and lucas driving lamps mounted on the badge bar. The car is registered in New York as a 1952 since it has a late 52 build date but it has round tail lights which is normally considered a 1953.
