This car was purchased by me in 1994 from the 2nd owner in TegaCay South Carolina. First owner was an older gentleman that purchased this car in 1967. I bought this car with 69,000 original miles with the original slant 6 . This car was my everyday work car for 8 years, then we put a 318 in. It came out of a 70 Dodge pick-up. I replaced the rear end with a 81/4. It is still the manual 3 speed on the column. I put a 600 cfm Edelbrock Carburetor on it and rebuilt the motor with a mild cam. After that the car was stored in Troy Mills, S.C.. for a year I had it transported to Iowa in a covered trailer.It has been stored in my garage since 2004 and just now started it up on May 30, 2010. The Body is straight and has very little bondo except the trunk lid. The original owner backed into a dumpster with it. The trunk lid could be replaced but it still looks good with the bondo in it but needs a little work. The original wheel covers are mint. The front seats are out of a 1967 Dart Swinger. Karen.On May-31-10 at 12:32:46 PDT, seller added the following information: Just want to add that all the glass is good however there are a couple very small rock chips in the windshield. All the parts are there to restore it. It does not have a radio and it needs a left rear tail light lens. The front floor boards need replaced. I may add more later as I think of things and I welcome any questions you may have.
