Here is a very nice 56 T-Bird with all the stuff. This is a very unique car - it was sold new by Beverly Hills Ford Co, 8850 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, California. Also - the factory invoice shows "TAG" under the "Ship To". I am told that this indicates that the vehicle was to be held at the assembly plant in Dearborn, Michigan for the purchaser to pick up the vehicle in person at the plant. This had to be someone pretty special who purchased this car new. According to the factory invoice this had almost every option available including a tonneau cover (the original still remains) and power windows and power seat. There is no indication that this car has ever had any rust or body repair. The floor pans and body supports are in excellent condition. The wheels have been replaced with chrome rins and baby moon caps and the original Town and Country radio has been replaced with an AM/FM Cassette radio (the original radio is included with the sale but I do believe it is in working condition). The original soft top has also been replaced with a complete new assembly. All of the Hardtop weatherstrips have been recently replaced. The padded dash was removed due to damage from age and heat and at that time the dash was completely recovered professionally. The car was professionally repainted approximately two years ago due to a lot of surface scratches and chips in the paint.
