This car is running, drving and stopping, but it is begging for a SBC V8!!! It has been garage kept all of it's life even though it came off the road in 1987. I put a battery on it and back it out of the garage and on to the trailer. The floors and trunk are super solid. It does need a full tune-up and the carb needs to be cleaned. The bias ply tires hold air fine, but have a lot of age cracking on them, so they must be replaced. Exterior is perfect except for the rust in the lower rear corner of the right front fender and some scratches on the driver side fender that look like they came from tuneup and maintenance. I am missing one of the hubcaps??? The car would really shine with some buffing and a little elbow grease. It is the perfect sleeper, daily driver!!!! I also have a 12 bolt posi rear end that I would sell with the car for an additional $400.00 that came out of a 65 Impala SS. The interior is super!!!! The seat fabric split from the vinyl and the old lady repaired it herself. The arm rest on the driver door is cracked and split. Dash is absolutely perfect and so is the carpet other than some fading around the edges of the original floor mats that are still good and in the trunk. The trunk is rock solid with most of the speckle paint still there. No spare tire but the original jack is complete. Chrome and stainless are spotless and I don't know how it avoided door dings. The buyer is totally respossible for transport. I will be glad to help load the car on transporter.
