This is a vehicle that can be restored or could be a great source for parts. There is considerable rust on this truck, be sure to look at all the photos and understand the condition before placing a bid.
Here is what is becoming a rare truck. This is a 1994 Ford Bronco full size 2 door SUV with only 68,000 miles. It is an Eddie Bauer model which was the "top of the line" trim series on Broncos. The exterior is Black with Mocha roof and lower accents. There is considerable rust on the fenders, tailgate, quarter panels and undercarriage. This rust is full perforation on the body panels and heavy surface rust on the underside. The rear window motor is inoperable, so the tailgate cannot be opened.
The interior is Mocha cloth with a pair of captains chairs in the front and a folding and removable bench in the rear. The upholstery is in good condition with only a small rip on the driver's seat. The entire cabin needs a full shampooing, the carpets/mats/dash/door panels/seats are all dirty. This interior will clean up very nice with just a bit of effort. The power windows/locks/radio/heater and air conditioning all work. In fact, the A/C is ice cold!!
Under the hood is a brawny brute of a engine, a 5.8 fuel injected V8 that will pull a RV or watercraft with little effort. The engine starts right up and idles nice. The transmission shifts through all the gears and is a little rough. The 4 wheel drive is engaged by pushing a button on the dash. The low range for 4 wheel drive is not working, it may be a bad switch or something more involved.
All four tires are matching Chaparral raised white lettered radials. The fronts are worn to 8/32", rears are at 11/32". They are mounted on the original factory alloy rims that look good. They would look better with a polishing.
We did have our shop check this Bronco, and out technician found a list of problems. This is what he found; rear window inoperable, front brake pads worn and rotors rusty, front and rear shocks leaking/rotted, inner and outer tie rods, lower ball joints (both sides), upper ball joint (driver's side), freeze out plug leaking coolant, air bag light is blinking, low range 4 x 4 inoperable and front wheels bearings are noisy. This is as far was we went with an inspection, it is obvious that this truck needs mechanical attention.
We have the original owner's manuals and 1 key with no remote.
Ok, again we ask that you be 100% sure that you can handle the repairs or can use this truck for parts. This is not for the "weak of heart", repairs to this truck will be costly if you cannot do the work yourself.
