Originally a 1957 Del Rio Ranch Wagon, Red and white outside and inside. It came with the 312 4 bbl engine and is a factory air car (Rare). The car now has a built 429 SCJ engine with all new goodies, an Iskendarian Cam a notch above SCJ but hydraulic with the Rhodes lifters. The pistons are TRW forged 10.3 to 1, SCJ rods recond. and fitted with high strength fasteners. It has a brand new 460 crankshaft modified for oil flow improvement. It has new Ford Motorsport pushrods and wires. It has a double roller timing chain setup. It has a high flow and pressure oil pump. It has premium stainless valves, springs and retainers. It has a fine set of Norris stainless steel roller needle bearing rockers, screw in studs. Manley pushrod guide plates. High flow Weiand aluminum water pump. Original SCJ manifold. A very special set of new heads, from 1973 (I believe) that were the only Factory Ford heads for this engine with the high exhaust ports. The heads were professionally ported by Joe Crain of San Antonio and they are screamers. It has Sanders headers and 2 1/2" exhausts to the back. It has a pro built C6 and converter. Deep aluminum pan. R servo from Ford. The engine has never been run! The valve rockers have not been screwed down so the springs have never stayed in the compressed mode that weakens them in storage. The engine is set up with the Gilmer belt drive with a custom alt, and air cond compressor. It has a true Detroit locker with a new Ford 3.91 to 1 rear gear. Of course the nodular iron carrier. The differential has new parts and zero miles. It has four wheel disc brakes. The front factory Ford from a later Granada with all of the components bought new. The complete suspension has been rebuilt and a brand new front and rear heavy duty sway bar setup added. I have put a set of rare Campagnelo Magnesium wheels on the car that I had left from a Pantera project. Strong and light as a feather. (and valuable) I have started to set the car up with a Dodge Omni rack and pinion, but the original steering comes with the car also. I had an original interior set of the door panels made from ABC interiors at a cost of almost $1,300 dollars. I have had the seats upholstered in original fabric from SMS. The interior is an absolutely original knockout. All of the dash parts and vents are included for the original air conditioner. Several NOS parts come with the project much too numerous to list. There is a Ranchero complete less engine that comes with the project for the extra parts you may need. It has a loaded and immaculate dash board. The wiring is very good. I have spent thousands on the body of this car and it needs little to be to the paint stage. A factory gas tank is included that is in very good condition and is clean. These are a rare shape (Doughnut) and are difficult to find period, much less this good. The side glasses come with this also but a couple will have to be replaced. (Hardware is there) Everything is here for this project and a lot is duplicated. I never buy tires at the beginning of the project as they set sometimes for quite a while until complete rendering the tires lopsided. I will put some rollers on to move the car on your trailer. It has the original very rare roof rack that is in amazingly fine condition. All of the bumper brackets are there. As is all of the balance of the window glasses. I have a new hood ornament and a pristine original steering wheel. There is so much more!!!
