Selling my '72 280SEL 4.5 to help fund my wife's 65 Mustang project... I drove it to Illinois from Reno, Nevada; 2,000 miles with no problems. Being a Nevada car, there is no rust on the body at all. So if you're looking for a solid car to start with, this is it. The clearcoat is baked on all topsides from the sun is NV. It's the 4.5 V8 model, does not have the air suspension, it's got coil springs. Power steering, brakes, and windows. The Michelins have real good tread. It runs and drives fine. The muffler has holes in it from sitting for about 10 years. It's not too loud, I do have another exhaust system from another Mercedes to replace it. Any questions, call me at 815-714-4309, Mike
