PlymouthProwler Vintage Autohaus and Imports of Amarillo is proud to present this 2000 Plymouth Prowler The Prowler was another vehicle with its heritage based on perfecting new materials, bonding processes aimed at reducing weight and adding strength. With an all aluminum body and alloy suspension components the Prowler was way ahead of its time. Only 1,041 in the color black. This car is offered with the beautiful chrome wheel upgrade. Indy inspired front shocks mounted in a pushrod remote location it had a very retro HOT ROD look and feel. A loud exhaust through stainless steel exhaust manifold just added to the drivability and fun of the Prowler. With power from the 3.5 Litre V6 coupled to a 4-speed Autostick automatic transmission 24 valve SOHC producing 214 HP The transmission is located at the rear of the vehicle and joined to the engine by a flexible driveshaft that rotates at engine speed. This helped to facilitate a desirable 50-50 front-rear weight distribution. The Prowler was the first rear-wheel drive Plymouth since the 1989 Plymouth Gran Fury. Car has disc brakes all the way around When you climb in and look at the oversized Autometer tach and the offset speedo and instuments you really get a feeling of "old school" meets high tech.
