I HAVE FOR SALE A 1973 CORVETTE STINGRAY. IT HAS LOTS OF NEW PARTS AND HAS LOTS OF WORK DONE TO IT, BUT STILL NEEDS A LITTLE WORK. THE CAR RUNS AND DRIVES WELL, BUT I THINK IT NEEDS SOME TUNING, MAYBE THE CARB/TIMING. BOUGHT THE CAR ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO FROM A LADY WHO NEEDED MONEY FOR SCHOOL. I HAD A COUPLE OTHER PROJECTS, SO I PUT MONEY INTO IT AS I COULD. NOW I JUST BOUGHT MY SON HIS FIRST VEHICLE, AND NEED TO SELL THIS ONE. THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL ENGINE IN THE CAR, I HAD THE COMPRESSION CHECKED AND ALL CYLINDERS WERE BETWEEN 125-145 LBS. HERE IS A LIST OF THINGS NEW OR REPLACED: NEW CARPET, DOOR PANELS, SEAT COVERS, CORVETTE RADIO,BRAKE CALIPERS, PADS, AND MASTER CYLINDER. NEW TIMING CHAIN AND CAM( WHEN I PURCHASED THE CAR, THE CAM WAS SO BIG IT WOULD NOT IDLE), NEW REAR WHEEL BEARINGS, NEW TIE RD ENDS, REBUILT TH350 TRANSMISSION, NEW HEI IGNITION, REBUILT CARB, NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM AND MUFFLERS. NEW CORRECT CHROME EXHAUST TIPS, NEW CHROME REAR BUMPERS, NEW DOOR WEATHERSTRIPPING. TIRES ARE GOOD AND ALL CHROME TRIM RINGS AND CENTER CAPS ARE THERE. INTERIOR IS IN GOOD CONDITION, ALTHOUGH NOT PERFECT, DASH AND GUAGES WORK. POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES ALL GOOD. CORRECT BREATHER AND VALVE COVERS. TILT/ TELESCOPING WHEEL. HAS A/C, BUT HAVE NOT HAD IT WORKING, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN REMOVED., EXCEPT AC BELT. ALL BLINKERS,HEADLIGHTS, AND BACKUP LIGHTS WORK. ALL DASH LIGHTS WORK. HORN DOES NOT WORK. IT HAS THE CUSTOM HEADLIGHTS NOT THE ORIGINAL POP UP LIGHTS.. PAAINT IS BETTER THAN AVERAGE, BUT HAS A FEW NICKS AND A FEW STRESS CRACKS, BUT NOT BAD. WOULD RATE BODY AND PAINT 6 ON A SCALE OF 10, BUT TO BE SHOW OR SUPER NICE WOULD NEED A LITTLE BODY WORK AND REPAINT. ORIGNAL EXTERIOR COLOR WAS BLUE. INTERIOR IS CORRECT BLUE.. TACH AND SPEEDOMETER WORK CORRECTLY. CAR NEEDS SOME WORK, BUT MUCH ALREADY DONE. REMEMBER THIS CAR WAS THE LAST OF THE CHROME BUMPER CORVETTES, AND THE ONLY ONLY WITH CHROME REAR BUMPERS AND SOFT FRONT BUMPER.FAIRLY PRICED AND FAIR RESERVE. CLEAR LA TITLE.
