1999 Cadillac Catera this is one awsome car. I bought this car for my daughter, then grandma gave her a car. I have spent alot of money on this car. Bought the car with bad engine $2000.00, installed a good engine from a parts yard out of Michigan $2200.00, Engine install $750.00, replaced the left catillac converter $225.00, New battery $100.00, some new hoses $35.00. Took car to dealer to fix code 3000, 3001, 3005, (multiple misfire) $419.00 later they say nothing is wrong with the car. Has $700.00 in new tires with 30 miles on them. It truely is a sweet car, I just have to many projects going on to continue on with this one. dealer returned the car, the radio will not turn on, the gas door open button will not release the gas door have to manually open it and the trunk release will not function, have to manually open the trunk. I am told it is a relay, I do not know? If you have the knowledge to fix these simple things I have described this would be a nice ride.I have invested over $5729.00 on this car, I have the original engine that will go with the sale of the car. Asking $4500.00. My loos is your gain but I will not give it away I will continue to fix it if it don't sell. The new engine is said to have only 17,000 +/- miles on it, I will have to find the receipt for the engine to validate that. SOLD AS IS FOR PARTS OR FIX IT UP YOURSELF.
