1991 jeep comanche 4.0 liter 5speed manual transmission. This was a project i started and never finished.The truck was 2 wheel drive automatic trans and has been converted to a 4x4 with a 5 speed AX15 manual with a NP231 transfer case.I also installed a new clutch kit when installing this transmission the clutch has less than 50 miles on it.The front axle is a high pinion dana 30 non vacuum disconnect with 3.55 gears. The front axle had 3.07 ratio gears and was changed to 3.55's to match the rear,and has all new U-joints, bearings,and seals.The rear axle is a dana 35 with new brake pads and wheel cylinders. The tires are BF Goodwrench AT 31x10.50x15 .The body is rough, outer rocker panels are rusted out but door jam and inner rocker is still good. Driver side floor is rusted out and needs new floor pan, passenger side floor has surface rust but is solid .I made a 3 inch front coil spacer to lift the front enough to fit the bigger tires. This was going to be a trail rig and I never hooked up the sway bar so it leans bad when turning corners on the street, but its still there and would need bolted back together if driven on road. Local pick up would be best but I would be willing to tow it within a couple of hours of my home for extra fee. This truck is also for sale locally so I reserve the right to end the action early.
