Majority of the bike is original and in excellent condition, over the winter, many parts were replaced with NOS or restored to bring it to it's current beauty. First of all, all black paint on the bike is original with the exception of the main stand and footpeg mounting bar. Tank, frame, etc. are original and still very nice. Tank is original clean metal on the inside, it's not coated, it's not rusted and never has been. It's probably the cleanest tank interior I've ever seen on a vintage bike. Seat is original and still very nice. Majority of silver painted pieces on bike have been resprayed, such as fenders, fork lowers, etc., and most aluminum pieces on bike have been mirror polished such as engine covers and wheel hubs. Rims are excellent, rear is original, front was replaced with NOS. Spokes front and rear have been replaced with new stainless from Buchanan's, rims were trued and new tubes/tires mounted. Motor was completely gone through, it received a new standard bore piston and ring, gasket set and a few other bits and pieces to freshen things up. Bike starts and runs nicely with no issues. You'll find various other NOS parts such as mirrors, air filter, even the keyswitch and matching forklock set. Bike has Scrambler bars, they aren't correct obviously, but the taller height makes things a bit more comfortable for taller riders. Owners manual and toolkit are not present. Bike is very, very nice, but this was not a 100 point restoration, I'm not claiming that the bike is showroom perfect or correct in every detail. That wasn't the purpose of what was done here. The idea was to keep the majority of the bike original, freshen up what needed attention, and have a nice looking example of this bike, that could actually be ridden and enjoyed, all without breaking the bank as sometimes happens with the higher dollar bikes. Bike can be viewed by appointment Monday through Saturday. Please don't ask what the reserve is, just bid what the bike is worth to you. It is not much above what I've seen other S90's sell for that still needed plenty of attention. There is no buy it now price, I'm going to let the auction run it's full course so all interested parties can have a shot at the bike. Payment: $100 deposit through PayPal within 24 hours. Balance cash in person, USPS Postal money order or Bank cashiers check from a major bank. Bike does not leave until I have cleared payment. Repeat, payment must clear before bike leaves. That means if for example you want to pick the bike up and bring payment, you'll need cash. Shipping: buyer picks bike up or arranges shipping. I do not get involved in arranging shipping. I may be able to deliver the bike within a 250 mile radius of zip 47421, depending on my schedule and how quickly you need the bike. Cost is aprox. $1 loaded mile, minimum of $75.
