1965 FORD MUSTANG SHELBY RESTOMOD COUPE Up for auction is one of the most popular 60's musclecars the Ford Mustang This American beauty needs a good home and to be driven and enjoyed Solid body with fresh Lemans white paint. Shelby accents have been added such as hood scoop, side scoops Torq Thrust D wheels and GT stripes for the popluar restomod look. Newer bumpers have been installed. This pony has a small block 289, one of the finest motors ever produced by Ford. Runs great with no apparent mechanical issues. The transmission is a C4 "cruis-o-matic" three speed automatic. It was recently rebuilt and shifts great. Interior is an attractive two tone light gray on black for a custom look. Its in overall clean and in nice shape with no major defects. A Sony CD deck has been installed with IPOD input. Title is in hand and is clean and clear. As with any 45 year old car you can almost be certain there will be some imperfections and while this pony is holding up very well for her age she is by no means perfect. Listed below are some issues I would like to disclose to potential buyers. The paint and body work do have some flaws. There is some minor rust on the drivers floor pan. The heater and front turn signal lights are not functioning. Some genius decided to cut two 5" speaker holes in the passengers door. This is a great driver car and will make a great investment both financially and avocationally.
