2005 Suzuki GSX-R

Bike: 2005 Suzuki GSX-R750. I bought this bike around two years ago with close to 7,000 miles on it. It has been used mainly for commuting, made work and traveling A lot more fun. I have never abused, stunted, or raced on this bike, and according to the previous owner they never had either. Also being fairly new to biking I rarely brought this bike up to its full potential and kept the rpms below 7k. This bike has been great and has never had a problem with starting or overheating, even on 100 degree days during the summer. Most of the time it was stored in an enclosed garage, although it has seen unexpected rain before. I took it out for a ride two weekends ago and it started right up after this winters storage. The pictures and mileage are from after the ride. Original Equipment: All original Stock equipment, except for extras listed below. Comes with both the rear cowl and passenger seat (in perfect condition). Two keys. Extras: Yoshimura TRS exhaustFrame slidersPowercommander III USBFlush front turn signalsLicense plate bracket with aftermarket turn signalsIntegrated tail light Service History: 6,989: Oil changed with Rotella T synthetic 6,990: Coolant system properly flushed and changed with7, 030: Stock front tire changed, now Metzler M3 120/70-ZR1710, 137: Oil changed with Respol 4T 10W4010, 137: Oil filter changed from K&N to K&N filter11, 498: Metzler M3 190 rear changed, now Metzler M3 180/55-ZR17 Defects: The previous owner put the bike down on the left side doing a "lowside at 15mph." This put some scratching on the leftside fairing and crankcase cover (see picture). However nothing is wrong mechanically so I never bothered to replace the cover or touch up the fairings. The bolts for the exhaust are slightly rusted, and a grommet has come loose on the exhaust can (see picture). The idle speed may also need to be adjusted. Licensing: This bike is road legal and has a clear title. Reason for sale: I have moved to an apartment complex in Washington DC where I will no longer have a garage to store it, or as much free time to ride to justify paying insurance/ extra cost of garage parking, especially now that I commute have to via metro. Right now it is garaged at my parents house. Hoping the price is right as I'd rather see someone else enjoy this bike rather than it just sit around.
