Finished in Amazon Green Metallic with a Medium Graphite interior. Vehicle shows extremely well, paint finish is very glossy and the hood is completely free from any stone chips or marks. There are a few scratches on the vehicle as well as a small dent on the passenger door but nothing out of the ordinary for a vehicle of this age. The body itself is very straight overall and free from rust. The interior is very clean, seats & headliner are free from any rips, tears or stains. Floor is a very low maintenance rubber. Sweep it out and a little water and you're done! 60/40 spit bench seat with a pretty generous center console and a 3rd seat belt in the middle for an additional passenger. Two additional jump seats in the rear can be folded up for additional storage. AM/FM stereo works well, no frills just utility. The vehicle is powered by Ford's 3.0 liter V6 with automatic transmission. It runs strong and the transmission shift points are smooth and precise. 4WD is in good working order and goes in and out as is should including low range. The 4WD system is operated by a switch on the dash for easy shift on the fly operation. Over all a good mechanically sound truck. Tires are Uniroyal Tiger Paws with plenty of tread life left in them. Not chopped or unevenly worn and track straight down the road. Brakes stop within good distance and free from chatter and pulsation during emergency stopping. Remember, there vehicles are not serviced only visually inspected and test driven. We make no claims to amount of brake wear, fluids, etc. However nice this vehicle is we make no assurances that it may not need some mechanical attention at some point. Good communication is the key! What Should I Expect When Buying A Used Vehicle? First and foremost we are committed to selling quality pre-owned vehicles and want to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchases, however please understand that these are USED vehicles and NOT new. We will do our best to describe any flaws or defects in out listings. Every effort will be made to describe each vehicle exactly as it is. These vehicles HAVE NOT been Certified and are only test driven and visually inspected. We have no knowledge of mechanical defects, brake wear or previous service history. We DO NOT deal in salvage, flood or odometer roll back vehicles! As with most pre-owned vehicles, minor wear may be discernable and that degree of wear is often in correlation to the age of the vehicle. This will include; minor scuffs and scratches, paint work, minor rock chips, glass marks, dings, or any other issues that are consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously a vehicle that is 10 years old will show more wear than one of a current model year. Also please remember that books, extra keys, remotes, navigation discs, mats, etc. unless otherwise stated, may not be included in these vehicles and we will not be responsible for these accessories. These items are all easily replaceable at your local dealer, parts store or even on eBay for minimal cost. What About The Vehicle’s History Report? Carfax and Autocheck are wonderful services for the consumer and dealer alike however they do have their limitations. These are information gathering services only and they are only as good as the information they have available. For example, some sites record the purchase, registration and state inspection of a vehicle as 3 separate transactions in order to increase consumer curiosity and therefore product sales. A three year old car with annual inspections could show as many as 6 reportable “incidents” while never changing hands or being involved in an accident. We do not subscribe to or provide these services for each and every individual vehicle. It is up to the purchaser to do their own research and due diligence. Many of these reports may be confusing at first glance and having seen our share over the years we will be more than happy to help understand and confirm any of the information they may contain. Can You Explain Your As-Is / Warranty Policy? All vehicles are being sold as-is, where is with out warranty, written, expressed or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for correctness of description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Any and all descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. Your bid is binding under applicable statute. The buyer assumes all responsibility for all defects known and unknown. The seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs, defects or damages pre-existing or otherwise regardless of any oral or written statements about the vehicle. The buyer has no right of rescission and is not entitled to any compensation for known or unknown, or disclosed, or undisclosed damage or repairs. If an option or feature is not listed in the ad or you do not see it in the pictures, then the vehicle most likely does not have that option or feature. Please remember that many of these vehicles are nearly a decade old and many have in excess of 100,000 miles. They may be new to you but that doesn’t change the fact that they are used cars and repairs can be needed at any time regardless of how short a time period you have owned the car. We do try to service any known defects however it is possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs within the first few days or weeks of ownership. These are mechanical things and with all mechanical things generally need repairs and components may sometimes without prior warning. Obviously the older the vehicle the greater possibility it is of happening. This is why we highly recommend the purchase of an extended service plan either through us or another reliable provider. Can I Purchase A Long Term Extended Warranty? Most of the vehicles we sell qualify for extended warranty coverage depending on year and mileage. Some vehicles that may not qualify for extended coverage include; exotic, high performance, antique, or some with higher mileage. We try our best to offer vehicles for sale on eBay that qualify for most extended coverage plans as well as vehicles with remaining factory warranty. Remember that no matter how comprehensive the coverage it does not cover routine maintenance or normal wear items such as brakes, tires, etc. nor are they designed to cover EVERY component on the vehicle. These companies offer comprehensive component coverage only and not factory bumper to bumper services. Once the auction is over we will be more than happy to go over all of your coverage options with you. Can I See Or Inspect The Vehicle In Person? Of course! You are MORE than welcome to visit our facility located at 1000 Main Street in Bridgewater, Massachusetts 02324. Prospective bidders are encouraged to view the vehicle they are interested in before the close of auction and are asked to schedule an appointment in advance. Once the auction has ended the vehicle is now considered sold and we do not permit any post sale inspections at that point. As the winner of the auction you are always welcome to look over your new vehicle and drive it to make sure you are satisfied prior to taking delivery. Do You End Auctions Early? We do reserve the right to end any listing early although this rarely occurs. Occasionally we have to end an auction early due to errors in vehicle options, descriptions, warranty or title issues. We further reserve the right to refuse the sale of any vehicle to any bidder or buyer at our discretion. How Does The Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee Work? If you are not happy with your purchase upon arrival we will gladly refund your initial deposit amount. We are not in business of collecting deposits, we are in business to sell and deliver automobiles! Your deposit will be fully reimbursed to you unless any expenses have been incurred by Miskinis Motors Too, Inc. at the purchasers request. In which case only the balance will be refunded. This policy only applies to vehicles picked up in person by the legal purchaser on record and within 7 days of auction close. This policy does NOT apply to vehicles shipped or transported out of the dealership or vehicles paid for in advance. This is the only time in which a deposit may be refunded. If a buyer leaves a deposit and fails to complete the transaction for any reason the full deposit becomes the property of Miskinis Motors Too Inc. Are There Any Other Fees? We do not collect any taxes or registration fees from buyers. We do charge a small $129 handling fee to help defray the cost of expenses such as Priority Mail, wire transfers, notary stamps, etc. MASSACHUSETTES DOES NOT OFFER TEMPORARY TAGS. International bidders, including Canada will be subject to an additional $100 fee due to extra costs associated with completing those sales. Do You Require A Deposit From Me? Yes, we require a minimum $500 deposit be made to secure the transaction within 24 hours of auction end on each vehicle purchased. Acceptable means of deposit include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card only. If you do not have a credit card we will be happy to assist with alternate arrangements. Should any buyer fail to make this deposit or to make other arrangements with us within the 24 hour period we reserve the right to extend second chance offers to subsequent bidders. We do not accept trade ins. If you are a local purchaser we will be happy to look at your vehicle and give you a purchase figure as a separate transaction. This purchase figure will be good for 30 days following appraisal. What If I Wish To Have My Vehicle Shipped To Me? If you are shipping your vehicle we will overnight all necessary paperwork for required signatures. Once the paperwork is endorsed in the designated areas please enclose your payment and ALL copies of the original documentation in the overnight envelope provided and mail it back. When we receive the paperwork and your payment has cleared we will then enclose your customer copies, vehicle title along with any available sets of keys and send them to you via Priority Mail and provide a tracking number via email. At this time you can now arrange for shipment of your new vehicle if you have not done so already and let them know it is ready for pick up. Please provide your transporter with our phone number and make sure that they allow us at least 24 hours notice prior to pickup. They tend to get a little upset when nobody’s here! What Do I Need To Bring With Me? First of all, YOURSELF! Unless shipping! When picking up your new vehicle communication is KEY! If you are flying into the Boston area please make arrangements with us EARLY! If you are driving please give us at least 24 hours notice and we prefer that you schedule your delivery in the evenings. We are constantly on the road purchasing new inventory so scheduling is VERY important! Make sure to bring accepted forms of payment and again, please no INTERNET DRAFTS. Payment will be verified at time of delivery. Hate to have you go home empty handed but it has happened. Most importantly Massachusetts DOES NOT PROVIDE TEMPORARY TAGS! Please bring your own plates or your state’s temp tags. We DO NOT offer dealer plates for these situations. Gasoline?
