i have a nice driver quality 1971 chevy c-10 longbed pickup truck...it has under 90,000 original miles / documented...it has the 235 6 cylinder with air conditioning...then the 3 speed manual transmission on the column shift...the truck runs perfectly and shifts through all three gears as it should...it could be used as a daily driver....all the glass is in perfect shape....with replaced window gaskets and tinted windows.....the doors open and close on the hinges the way that they should...the side window cranks work properly...the door locks work as they should..the truck has never been in an accident and the lines down both sides of the truck are straight.....the paint is original and is showing its age with fading.....there is some rust in the bed nothing bigger than 1/4" and on the drivers side fender well...but no major holes, the floor pans are solid...the truck sat parked alot so there is sun damage to the three inch dash pad and the top of the steering column....we live in florida and the summer sun is hot and we are up by the ocean so thats the reason for any rust that is starting.....but it is very restorable.....the drivers seat is ripped on the bottom part that is why the mexican blanket is on there....we have the original window sticker and the original manual from chevrolet that came with the truck....overall the truck would be easy to restore to original and have a nice classic driveable truck with a/c...or....customize like alot of guys are doing to a prostreet....hotrod.....or ratrod.......please ask any questions that you have and if you need anymore pictures ,i will take them and get them to youOn Apr-25-10 at 08:31:34 PDT, seller added the following information:please realize that this is a 40 year old vehicle and it is in need of a restoration, it does run and drive good and could be driven daily the way it is..but it is starting to have rust issues that need attention, so please ask any questions that will help you make a decision
