(Please remember that the seller still has to pay auction fees if you do not follow through on the auction).* I am selling a 1997 Toyota RAV4. I purchased the vehicle about 3 months ago for my wife and our first child. She decided it wasn't big enough. I am currently using this as my primary driving vehicle. I have been using it for my 45 minute drive on the highway and country roads to work for the past 3 months with no major mechanical problems. Known issues: - Slight oil leak - Leak/crack in exhaust manifold (not 100% positive) - Driver side window appears stuck and must be raised manually. The passenger window is sticky when being rolled up. - Radio has intermittent connectivity but the CD player works fine. - Crack at the bottom right of passenger side of the front window The engine runs well and I have been happy with how it handles. The exterior looks like it has been repainted on the left side. There is minimal rust. A reflector is missing from the rear and from the front left side of the vehicle. One of the rear reverse lights is burnt out. The interior has a slight musty smell. I think this would go away if it was detailed. The interior is clean but there is a cigarette burn on the back seat. I don't know when the breaks were last replaced but I haven't heard any squeaking and they feel fine. The gentleman I purchased it from stated the timing belt and water pump were replaced shortly before I bought it from him but he did not have documentation showing it was done. I put on new wipers and had two new front tires installed a few days after purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle needs some maintenance but still has a lot of value left in it. Vehicle is being sold AS IS. I am describing the issues I am aware of with the vehicle. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
