Hi all, let me give you a little information about this vehicle. 1st and foremost I'd like to tell you that it runs and drives perfectly. I bought this vehicle a few weeks before Hurricane Katrina hit here in New Orleans. The vehicle was NOT submerged under water or in any type of sitting water. I owned a car lot in LaPlace which is about 20 miles outside of New Orleans, the computer did get wet, so I made a claim on my insurance. The computer was replaced and the vehicle runs fine. Now this was all done within a few weeks of Hurricane Katrina hitting. The claim was settled after Dec. 6th 2005, so the state issued a certificate of destruction only. Meaning that I can only sell the vehicle as parts Louisiana unless you have a dealers license and you can put a dealer plate. If you are a private buyer you will only be able to purchase this vehicle as parts. Thats what I will write on the bill of sale, if you know a dealer that will give you a dealer plate then you can drive the vehicle legally with that plate on said vehicle. If you are a out of state buyer I do not know how this will affect you. You will have to check with you local vehicle laws. I have no idea if you'll be able to register this vehicle in your home state. With that being said this vehicle is being sold AS-IS no warranty whatsoever. That means once you buy it and if you are unable to register because of the title branding its yours for good. I am only selling it now because I have sold my car lot and was using this vehicle for everyday use, but since I no longer have a dealer plate to put on it I cannot drive it legally. If you purchase the vehicle for parts, everything works, engine,trans, air suspension, air pump, tires, its all in great working order. I'm posting quite a few pictures of the vehicle so you can see every angle. The suspension pump is almost brand new and cost over $700 for Land Rover, $800 for brand new tires with full spare in cargo well. The vehicle is not perfect, the vehicle was involved in a minor fender bender you can see in the photos where the vehicle was hit in the rear corner of drivers side. There is also a scrape on the passenger side where it has a minor scrape from being scraped in a parking lot. If you have any questions please ask before bidding. There will be no refunds on this vehicle. If you are able to register the vehicle it is more than road worthy. I've used this as my primary transportation since 2005. You might be able to make more money re-selling it as parts if you have a salvage yard. Again all sales final, no refunds!! Also there is no reserve.
