Here  is a gorgeous, 1963 Mercury Comet S-22 convertible that has been totally  restored. It has the rare S-22 option with it's original 260ci V8 engine and  automatic transmission. This is a  original, blue plate California car that was recently restored and now  resides in sunny Scottsdale, Arizona . This car is very rare and very hard  to find, especially in this beautiful restored condition. They really doesn't get much nicer then this! It's loaded with the  following equipment: - Original 260ci V8  Engine - Automatic Transmission  - Bucket Seats - Center Console - Power Steering - Power Top - Etc..... It has a  beautiful paint job done in Sultana White that looks  excellent. The body was stripped down to bare  metal before painting it. The paint was hand rubbed to a smooth as glass  finish and looks beautiful. The body is straight as an arrow and  is solid as a rock. It also has all new chrome, emblems and rubbers all  around it. It has a  like new two tone blue interior that looks excellent. The dash and instrument cluster  was totally restored and is very bright and clean. Everything works in the  car except the radio. The blue top looks excellent and works perfectly. In the trunk, it has all been  detailed and looks great. Mechanically,  this Comet runs and drives excellent. The engine compartment is  fully detailed. The original 260ci V8 engine runs like a top. It is truly a excellent driving car that it very tight and  very fun to drive! This '63  Mercury Comet S-22 is a stunning classic car, ready to be enjoyed and driven  and has a ton of eye catching appeal.
