1979 Ford Bronco XLT Truck was purchased from a friend that was in need of some quick cash. I had full intentions of restoring this truck but have too many toys now and something has to give. You can see in the pictures the normal rust for these year trucks and B-cos. Aside from that the truck is incredibly straight minus a few dings here and there. All of the chrome is in above average to excellent condition including both front and rear bumpers and grill shell. This was a factory air truck but the compressor has been removed at some point in its life. The cruise control still works though. The notorious rear window glass motor does work but the glass is off the track. Front seats need to be recovered but the rear is beautiful. The Bronco runs great but has no muffler on it right now so it is a little on the loud side. I have driven it several times. It does wander a little bit due to bad track bar bushings and a whining power steering pump. Factory sway bars are still in place. The 33X12.50 tires have seen better days but do have some tread and hold air! Always a plus. The 15x10 Chrome bullet hole wheels are in excellent shape. Haven' t inspected the brakes, but they could use some attention. They work, but not as well as they are capable of. This is an excellent project for restoration or just a daily driver! Aren't many around in this shape, with these options for this price! Hope that it finds a really good home! Bronco is sold as is!
