This is a truly wonderful vehicle. Everyone knows what these diesels can do and this particular engine is a total winner. Starts immediately, even in very cold weather, runs like a true Mercedes, solid, straight and surprisingly quick. The turbo is in great shape, even at this altitude, and you don't feel slow from a stop. As you can see by the photos, the car is adorable and in fantastic shape. No rust, great paint. There's an 'Anniversary Edition' badge on each of the back pillars (see pic) which I haven't been able to find out its meaning, but I think this is an indication of Mercedes 100th Anniversary. Kinda cool. The interior, as you see, is almost perfect. Slight cracks in the wood near the shifter (in pics) but otherwise perfect. 28+mpg, great heat and AC. The car needs nothing at all. Just installed a new Alpine stereo and 4 Infinity speakers. This is a fantastic candidate for a WVO conversion. This car will last forever. Just get in, drive and enjoy. The only thing I think the car needs is new tinting on the windows. It's fine the way it is, but if you want perfection, that's what needs to be done. There are also small, small road chips on the front hood, hardly noticeable (in pics), but from only a few feet away this classic is incredible.
