Up for sale is my personally owned for 3 years 2001 Chevrolet Suburban LT “Tank” with three row leather seating, that runs and drives exceptionally and is ready to tackle all the demands and work needs of its new owner. This SUV truck is phenomenal mechanically in every way shape and form and the only reason why we are selling her is that my son acquired a brand new 2019 Nissan Rogue for his new job. To begin with this truck has a tremendous running power train. The rebuilt transmission has only 24,000 miles on it and the engine a 5.3 Vortec V8, was replaced by a yard swap out with only 67,000 miles on that engine a little more than a year ago, and we have all that paperwork and a volume of receipts for all the maintenance done on this vehicle since it was new. We have only done approximately 11,000 miles on the newly installed motor. This 4 x 4 on demand Powerhouse which works perfectly, also has brand new brake lines, Calipers, Rotors, and a Transmission Cooler and Brand New battery all, less than 1000 Miles old and all still under warranty by the service center that performed the work. The Exterior of the Truck which is white and has 263K on it , has some minor abrasions but no real dents and some slight rust through on both the driver and passenger rocker panel area however there is no rust on the undercarriage and from a few feet away the paint looks like a 9 despite being an 18 year old Vehicle! The interior is also exceptional as the seats including the third row and dashboard all look great with NO RIPS OR TEARS, and with a detail, will look pristine. The climate controls, Front and Back ac and heat , work as they should and the Factory GM Radio is incredible and has connecting ports for the back listeners.There is a factory installed Trailer Hitch and this Outstanding SUV sits on near new with tires which just cost us almost $1000.00 with mounting and balancing and have 85% tread life left. There are no check engine lights, leaks, of any sort for this quality-maintained vehicle and the Truck is ready to work. Overall this “Tank” will make the new owner proud and will be a workhouse for years to come and is ready to travel anywhere in the country and take on any working task immediately.
