Please refer to pictures for condition. The tires are new, the tank strap and the brake rod are new. The motor turns over with the kick starter. I had to put the head on when I purchased. The mechanic said it looked like someone just did the top end. In need of restoration. I've never had the motor running. Mileage unknown. No title, I only have 1986 open signed Rhode Island registration from the previous owner. If buyer is international I can provide no assistance for export.
