1970 Jaguar XKE complete restoration in 1995, kept in heated dry storage with very little use only 300 miles on the clock since a very complete restoration. Including a rebuilt engine With $32,000 of invoices which are all very well documented, also 2,300 hrs of labour also well documented in a work log, over a period of three years . A very complete car runs and drives excellent. All Numbers match, Never driven in the rain or snow since restoration, needs an, Ash tray cover, power antenna, and signal control cover, to be very complete. The paint is in good shape however it was painted 1995 and is now showing flaws due to poor surface preparation to effect some 7 percent of the finish (as shown in one picture) also one dent the size of a dime. ,Some of the new parts the invoices show.Are Car Cover, Carpet set, Pr door panels, Leather seat covers, CTRC Retrim Kit, Head liner Kit, Under felt kit, (this kit was glued to floor the driver side was removed with a scraper to show floor) Padded dash, Seat belts, Engine and timing cover seals, Gear box front and rear Bearings, Front rotors, Radius arm square cup, Heater core, Rad recore, Heater box assembly, Oil sender, Sway bar, heater box assy, Ball joints upper and lower, Fuel sender unit, All Gerling shocks, Plating Polishing $2,500, All caliper pistons, Complete floor right side and left side ( MRE14 RH) and (MRE14LH), Boot Floor (MRE36), front sub frame lower mounting bracket (MRE10), Pr door panels,(BL ES2) Ring set, Rod bearings, Upper and lower timing chain, Clutch kit, all interior replaced in 1996 I could go on, However there are many many more invoices these invoices all date from 1990 to 1995 made out to the private restorer when the restoration was done, Also 4 Michelin defender tires installed one year ago , On 17-Nov-18 at 16:05:34 EST, seller added the following information: Located 20 miles north of Toronto.
