The truck does not run at the moment. It starts but immediately dies. I'm not sure what is wrong, but it may need a new fuel pump, sensor, spark plugs/tune up, or something else. It did run fine, and had a few minor mechanical issues the last time I drove it. This was a backup vehicle that I no longer need, so rather than put money into it, I'm selling it at a greatly reduced price for repair or parts. If you're mechanically inclined, you might be able to fix it up and get more life out of it, use it as work/farm truck, or at least use it for scrap/parts for another truck. It has a brand new, 5-year battery that I purchased on 11/25/18 ($130). The tread on the tires is good. The truck has low miles, and the engine and transmission did work before it stopped running. However, this is a 20-year-old truck, and there are no guarantees of future working condition or longevity. It's a fixer upper and needs work/repairs/maintenance. The tread is still good on them, but they are a few years old.Radio with cassette tape player (not sure if cassette works because I don't have cassettes)Air conditioner equipped (worked last time it ran, not sure if it still works)Vehicle Condition:The body of the truck is still in decent condition but does have flaws. It has some random dents, scratches, and rust spots (back bumper and random spots on truck), but overall looks pretty good. A piece of the plastic grill is broken in the front. There is slight bubbling on the chrome grill on the front, but it seems to be holding. The headlights are hazed. The license plate tag lights seem broken or damaged. There might be other minor issues - please see pictures (and hover to zoom) to get an idea of the body's condition.The lights seem to work, but the backup lights are not coming on, and the right front signal doesn't seem to come on.The interior condition of the truck also has some flaws, including several large cracks in the dashboard, fading, the top fabric has become loose and hangs down (it could probably be glued), seats have imperfections, etc. Please see pictures for an idea of the condition of the interior.Other Known Mechanical Issues: In addition to the things above, here are some additional known issues:The brake light and ABS light have been on since the day I bought it 10 years ago. I never had it checked because I rarely drove it. The truck seemed to stop fine, and I think it might be an ABS sensor issue (not sure). Nevertheless, I'd recommend inspecting the brake system before driving.Exhaust leak - Since the day I bought it, it has always made a tapping sound while accelerating, which would quit once acceleration was stopped. I was able to drive it fine, but it I think it may be an exhaust leak at the exhaust manifold (not sure).Rough idle / dying. Although the truck starts for a moment, it immediately dies after idling very rough.The engine seemed to run okay and the transmission shifted gears without any known problems the last time I drove it. Not sure how long they will last. They are due for fluid change and tune up.The hoses and belts are older and will probably need to be inspected and / or replaced soon. It may also need other miscellaneous parts replaced, cleaned, and all other fluids changed.The exhaust pipe / system is a bit rusty and may need replacing in the future. I'm not sure how frequently this has to be done.Since the truck is 20 years old, it will probably need ongoing maintenance, tune-ups, or repairs. This list is not exhaustive, and there may be other mechanical or minor issues of which I am unaware. I have tried to list the major issues I am aware of. This truck is being sold in "as is, not working, needs repair" condition, without a warranty or claims of reliability.New trucks cost upwards of $25,000-50,000. If you're mechanically inclined, you might be able to save some money by fixing up this truck and maintaining it.
